1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
Contact our support team at returns@hamzasports.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer size and product exchanges subject to stock availability.
If the item requested is unavailable, you will be issued a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
